Bio

Jason Bradley serves as the Senior Manager of the Olds College Smart Farm, leading agricultural operations across a 3,300-acre mixed crop and livestock enterprise that seamlessly integrates advanced ag-tech into the teaching and learning enterprise and applied research at the Olds College of Agriculture and Technology. Jason’s career spans nearly four decades of hands-on farm management, technology commercialization, and ecosystem building. With a passion and practice in regenerative agriculture systems, Jason focuses on driving profitability, improving functional soil health, and enhancing the nutrient density of the food being grown.

His extensive background includes serving as Executive Director of Legacy Land Trust Society, Regenerative Agriculture Consultant at Understanding Ag, President of Carbon Asset Solutions where he scaled precision soil-carbon measurement platforms,a previous tenure at Olds College as the Director of Smart Ag, and spending two decades as President and Manager of operations for a 50,000-acre cow-calf ranch.

Holding a Master of Arts in Transformational Servant Leadership, and having served as a Fellow with the Energy Futures Lab and an advisor to Ag For Life, Jason leverages systems thinking and deep collaboration to unlock resilient, sustainable growth for agriculture across the Canadian Prairies.
